Welcome to the CSK Overseas
Old Boys Network (CSKOOB) !
A large number of CSK Old Boys reside overseas. Several of
the Old Boys, in coordination with the CSK Old Boys Association, recently
initiated an effort to better organize the overseas Old Boys activities to
serve the CSK community. This web site is " work in
progress" to serve as primary platform to communicate, promote and
organize future overseas Old Boys activities. As more volunteers join us, we can put words into actions.

How Overseas Old Boys can help
the CSK community (" Mission Statement ")
 Establish a Robust Global
Network of Old Boys - Just imagine the convenience and assurance of having
a global network of CSK Old Boys who can provide assistance (especially
under emergency situation) to your travel needs. You will never
again be a "stranger in a strange place". Your network of CSK Old
boys are just one phone call/e-mail away worldwide.
Supporting Each Other to
Grow - Whether it is in career, education, community or family
matters, we can help each other to advance our goals and dreams. With the
economy going
global, a network of overseas Old Boys can leverage modern information
technology to stay in touch to better
aware of and utilize the resources and opportunities around us.
Supporting our CSK students
- For those students who contemplate studying
overseas, it will be very helpful for them to have an overseas big brother
to mentor them or to bounce ideas with. The overseas Old Boys can be a
wonderful resources to learn about overseas Universities, cultures,
immigration and visa related issues. It is easier to survive with a
friends around.

- Be a
fun group to chat and better informed. We are building a true global
community.

How do we Implement these Objectives ?
Getting the CSK Old Boys involved is the first step. We
will start in baby step. List below is the road map.
Cyber News
broadcasting network - Leverage e-newsletter, web site, yahoo group
and facebook to inform, promote and organize. You can do your part
by getting the words out.
Regional
Coordinators - Establish Regional Coordinators as contact focal point.
Collaborate Closely
with HK CSK Old Boys - To ensure a true global CSK old Boys network,
we will collaborate closely with CSK Old Boys Association to promote,
organize, coordinate and support activities.
Once these key steps are taken, next step will be to identify tangible ways
to help the CSK community - students, old boys, teachers, parents and
other partners.
